So this morning I was hoping and praying for a big loss on the scale. I really wanted 5 lbs to be gone but on my scale at home it said otherwise. I went in to my meeting at 8:30 and weighed in. I was down 1.6. I'm so happy with that. Its not a gain and thats all I care about. After the first time I gained on the program I told myself I didn't want to see another gain. So... I am going to work on never gaining this time around.
My mom and aunt weighed in today as well. My mom lost a full pound. GO MAMA!!! My Zia (aunt in italian) Mary lost .6. After our meetings we go to Starbucks for coffee. Today I didn't get anything. We started talking about weight loss and I was happy to hear that my aunt was fine with losing the .6 because it was still a loss.
I am so proud of them. The three of us are going to be looking great when we reach our goals.. I just wish it could come faster.
