So yesterday I was watching some youtube videos of SoxHeather and I saw that she started her own challenge. It was a challenge to work out for 30 mins a day for 5 days for 6 weeks. I decided to jump on board and go along with her in this challenge. Yesterday I worked out for my 30mins. I felt great!!! Zumba is so fun. I don't know if I am going to be working out today since I have school from 3:30 to 8:15 tonight. I might just skip it and just work out tomorrow for an hour and then the rest of the weekend and early next week. Or maybe I will just work out everyday until I reach my mini goal. =]
I FEEL SO MOTIVATED!!!!!!
